As a member of Lone Star Historical Miniatures and organizer for Millennium 14, I would like to invite your company as a vendor to our next event. Millennium 14 will be held November 11-13, 2011, once again hosted by the Wingate Inn and Conference Center in Round Rock, Texas.
 
Millennium continues to provide a great gaming experience for all types of gamers in many different genres, including miniatures, board gaming and roleplaying. With an annual draw of over 350 attendees, Millennium continues it's tradition as one of the best gaming opportunities in the state of Texas.

We invite you to take part in this year's convention and share in the opportunities of Millennium. Our primary goal is the promotion of the gaming hobby and we benefit from the support of quality vendors such as you. In turn we strive to provide our vendors with the means to promote their business to our attendees. We ask you to consider being either a Corporate Sponsor - which includes a number of benefits for your company - or a Millennium Supporter - taking out ad space in our program - at our event this year. Additionally, we have designated a portion of the 15,000 square feet of the Conference Center as a vendor room for those that wish to attend in person.

CORPORATE SPONSORSHIPS

There are three levels of sponsorship: Gold, Silver, and Bronze.  Benefits for each level are outlined below.

Gold Sponsor  $500
Receive a full-page ad, your company logo denoting sponsorship on the front cover of the convention program, three free tables in the Dealer's area, and dedicated advertising denoting your company as the chief sponsor of Millennium 14.
Silver Sponsor  $275
Receive a full-page ad, your company logo denoting sponsorship on the front cover of the convention program, and two free tables in the Dealer's Area.
Bronze Sponsor  $150
Receive a full-page ad, your company logo denoting sponsorship on the front cover of the convention program, and one free table in the Dealer's Area.

MILLENNIUM SUPPORTER ADVERTISEMENTS

Below is the list of program advertising space options available for the Millennium 14 program, which will measure 7" x 8.5".  Cost for ad space is listed for each size ad.  Millennium can also custom design your ad space for an additional fee of 10% of the ad space size requested.

ADDITIONAL OPPORTUNITIES

In addition to becoming a Corporate Sponsor or a Millennium Supporter, we would welcome any contributions - perhaps a selection of your products you would like to showcase, or a gift certificate redeemable with your organization for an amount set by you - as prizes to spotlight your company's excellent products. Of course, we also welcome any promotion products or printed material that you would like to provide for inclusion in attendees' registration packets.

VENDOR AREA / DEALERS' ROOM

We have limited table/floor space available for the Dealers' Area. The tables are typically 2' x 6' (subject to availability) and run $40 each. Floor space can be reserved for those vendors with their own tables/display booth (priced upon request). The room is secured when the vendor area is closed. Vendor room hours and additional information is posted on our website. Space is limited so please register as soon as possible to reserve your spot in Millennium 14.

REGISTRATION

To reserve your place as a Corporate Sponsor, a Millennium Supporter, and/or a spot in our Dealer Area, please fill out the vendor registration form or email Chip Aaron. You may also request to run demo games for your product if you like.
