Convention Registration is now open.

Please review the available convention events on the sorted lists.  These are kept up to date.

You may register for these games either in advance using the on-line web store ($25) or at the door of the convention ($30).

In order to use the online preregistration, do the following: (click here for detailed instructions on: preregistration, types of passes, and selecting games)

DO NOT PURCHASE MULTIPLE BADGES ON THE SAME INVOICE. Each participant requires their own individual registration. This allows us to make individual registration packets for them when they arrive at the convention.

• Go to the sorted lists on this site.
• Copy down the registration numberand title for each game you wish to register for. Next to the registration number include the time slot. Example: MN04-SA
• Go to the online store.
• Pick the type of convention pass you wish to purchase and add it to your shopping cart. (All attendees need to register for a pass, even GMs)
• Go to the passes menu and select the appropriate pass. Add it to the shopping cart and click "continue shopping".
• On the right hand menu, select thea game time session.
• This will give you a list of the Registration Number and Title of all the games avaiable during that time slot (the games are listed aphabetically).
• If you wish a description of that event, you can click the image or the title.
• Add it to your shopping cart. (only select ONE game per session. click "continue shopping".
• Repeat as often as needed (remember to choose only one game per time slot) .
• After adding all your games to the shopping cart, select any shirts or a fleamarket table.
• When you are done, go to the shopping cart and select "checkout" .
• You may pay via PAYPAL or at the door.

Online preregistration for a 3-day pass is $25, single day passes are the same as at the door .   Online pre-registration also enables you to register for events in advance before they fill up at the door.

All LSHM members who have paid their annual membership prior to September 1, 2010receive a $5 discount off a 3-Day Pass during pre-registration only (no discounts on single day passes).

Passes may be purchased at the door:

   3-Day Pass can choose from all game slots - $30

   Friday Pass chooses only from Friday Games - $15

   Saturday Pass chooses from all four Saturday time slots - $20

   Sunday Pass chooses only from Sunday games - S15

In order to encourage younger participants in the hobby, all participants 16 years and younger will only be charged $15 for a 3-day pass (no discount on single day passes).

When choosing events, only choose one game from each time slot !   Events are coded with the event registration number and a slot code (refer to the games section).
