We're looking for all sorts, RPGs, Board Games, Card Games, and Miniatures. Free admittance to those who run two or more games. Admittance is half-price for those who run one game. How to Register Please complete the registration form to the right.. The fields described with blue text are optional. Description Field Be as specific as possible in the Description field. The more complete the description (including the scale of the figures for a miniatures game), the more likely you will get participants who really want to play your game. A brief mention of objectives is usually in order so that players can see what sort of game it is. Sessions The duration of each event is four hours (one session). Time Slots The time slots are for when you wish to schedule a single game. There are up to three time slots available on the form if you wish to offer a particular game more than once. If you plan to run a particular game more than three times, add the additional sessions in the comment section. No need to list alternative times. Simply chose the time slot(s) you wish and unless there is a space issue, you will be given those slots. In other words, if you only wish to run the game during just one session, only list the one session you want to run it in... do not list any other time slots... leave them blank. If there is a time slot problem, we will get back to you immediately for alternate slot(s) of you choosing. For single games that require more than 4 hours, indicate the additional time needed in the comment section. If you wish to continue a single game over multiple sessions that are not continuous, please indicate this in the comment section. Table Size Our standard table is 7.5' x 6'. Larger sizes may be requested if needed. Comments, Questions and Requests If you have any special needs, such as more or less time, please include those in the comments.
